Protecting merchant and cardholder data is core to how Harbour Payments LLC ("Harbour") operates. This page describes the safeguards we maintain across our platform and payment infrastructure.

1. PCI DSS Compliance

Our platform and processes are designed to meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements. We work with validated service providers and regularly assess our environment against these standards.

2. Encryption

Cardholder and payment data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols and encrypted at rest. Sensitive data is tokenized wherever possible to reduce exposure.

3. Fraud Monitoring

Transactions are screened in real time using automated risk models and rules designed to detect anomalous or fraudulent activity, with escalation to our risk team when needed.

4. Access Controls

Access to systems containing sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed on a regular basis.

5. Incident Response

We maintain an incident response process to identify, contain, and remediate security incidents, and to notify affected parties in accordance with applicable law and card network rules.

6. Employee Training

Employees with access to sensitive systems complete security and data handling training and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. Reporting a Concern
